aircooled underground

 back from the doldrums

Yeah I was walking down the mean streets of San Diego. Not Calcutta, India. Not Manila or Back Streets of Hong Kong. Just walking in wistful vista. Walking in the evening cool. The sound of Jets departing with the Jurrasic roars. In the dusk of evening I walked looking at the erie glows in the apartments and homes. Imagining people sitting in silence as a glowing window dancing with color does all the talking. They; listening to the glow. The disembodied voice of the Programing... (we program computer and then television programming programs who? not me! thank you) growing up in rural America I remember block parties, potlucks, town picnics and running about with friends, chasing the neighbor dog, climbing the tree at the haunted house (really an eccentric artist who was good) and getting a pomegranate. Mom knew what I was doing before I did it! We talked and shared. Parents chewed over the day and grandparents chuckled and would toss a dose of wisdom at all of us before drifting off for a snooze before dinner. Coffee was served after
dinner and rarely did anyone get drunk.
This still goes on in some places. Been there.
People talking and sharing views, dreams, revelations, pain, joy and hope. That is what we are..Creatures of adventure of the familiar (from the word Family..meaning connection and give us safety and strength.) Our strength is in our family and we are big family.

I honor us humans on our humanity and mourne our inhumanity.
How 'bout a potluck tonight, Human!

 wrong button

Well I have learned my lesson...I think..
third time I wrote in this Message box and then..."pop!" and it is gone.
Somehow I bump or hit a wrong button on the PC
so much for magic fingers.
So from now on I will compose and paste.
Slow learner+fast computer-biosoftware = lost data.

Wrong button brings to mind other instances of massive documents on the old Computing systems and the then a "pop!" met with massive oaths and much gnashing of teeth. back in the day.
Now it is different.
Typing skills are up 80%
Long hand writing skills down 50% (if you count signing your name)
So now the goal is to write at least one letter a month in long hand and send it to a friend. You know, just to keep the skill and not lose it..kinda of like making change keeps, what little math skills we have, alive.
Or like cooking from scratch rather than eating some factory/industrial "meal". Or walking to dinner or a neighbors house instead of driving a block or a quarter mile. OR....

wrong button..sometimes the wrong button can write some wrongs.
ciao

 astonishing carpe (carp) or..

We used to throw carpe back, in the day..
Now carpe is a edible and delightful as some do say.
However most find a diet of carpe distasteful.
Carpe in the news..as if and probably as a result of carpe.
The native american used carpe as fertilizer with reported success.
There again the successful use of carpe was "reported" by whom or to what reason we may never know.
Carpe Diem
Carp or whatever

 blogging along

Sometimes blogging is like going to the gym or working out.
If it isn't done everyday...
it's like our blog muscles get weak
A routine, a regular application of thought to text.
Our thoughts
Our blogs are a collective consciousness.

We become part of a greater thought, a greater mind and in doing so we all are increased, inriched and excell in our experience of ourselves and the world..
The blog is not Hope.. The blog is Hope being realized
Hope is us being ..

 SPAM thoughts

Scientifically Processed Animal Matter AKA Spam
A spin off from war rations for troops.
food that is made from animal Matter that is blown off the carcasses of slaughtered animals..Not necessarily meat...not necessarily from cattle.
Residue, slough, leftovers, recycled waste? Don't ask or you will be sorry you did.

What kind of thoughts are SPAM thoughts? Are they the thoughts from the residue of the slaughterhouse of the mind? Are they the thoughts that float through out consciousness that are the result of residue of countless commercial advertising, political manipulation and maneuvering, sidebars of distorted data and manufactured statistics?

SPAM, like lies, deception and half truths, are seditious by nature and though unwanted are packaged in a palatable form for our consumer based culture.
We are SPAMED by our Media, our Internet sites, our Government, by Big Business, and sometimes buy our relatives.
Lots of people like SPAM until they see what they are consuming..then it becomes noxious.
What would we use as a SPAM Filter for the our thoughts?
